Function Room
Crowtrees is a function room with its own bar and dance floor and is large enough to accommodate between 80 and 100 people.
The room provides an ideal venue for birthday/anniversary & wedding parties. It is also suitable for funerals, meetings and group activities.

You may provide your own buffet and use our large catering tables.
Food cannot be prepared on the premises but you may use the kitchen and fridge to store food.
The club will be open from noon until 3-00pm on Fridays and by arrangement with Denise, the Stewardess, on Saturday and Sunday for the bringing in of food and for decoration
but please no confetti of any kind
It will then re-open at 7:00pm.
Please make guests and caterers aware of this.
When self-catering or using outside caterers please ensure that all food is cleared and removed from the premises before closing time.
The booking fee includes two month’s club membership for the person who makes the booking and will be effective from the month during which the function is to be held.
Music must finish promptly at 11:30pm.
Please ensure that noise is kept at a reasonable level.
All equipment should be removed before closing time.
Please ensure that children are supervised at all times. For health and safety reasons children are not allowed to play in the foyers or the car park.
Please leave the room in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness.
